HSCADV tracks all bills relating to domestic violence in Hawaiʻi, submits testimonies, and advocates for legislation that protects survivors of domestic violence and their families. The 2023 Legislative Session began on Wednesday, January 18th, and will run until the end of April. Please view the full legislative calendar here and keep an eye out for future updates from HSCADV.
HSCADV is committed to advocating for the health and well-being of survivors, their families, and service providers through public policy. We have launched the first legislative policy agenda in the coalition’s recent history to be introduced to the entire legislature on opening day.
