Victoria Roland

Statewide Program Administrator, Susannah Wesley Community Center, Trafficking Victim Assistance Program

Victoria Roland (she/her) has served in the social justice sector for over 15 years, with a focus on advocating for marginalized communities impacted by exploitation. She currently serves as the Statewide Program Administrator of the Trafficking Victim Assistance Program (TVAP) with the Susannah Wesley Community Center (SWCC). Victoria is considered a lived experience consultant and subject matter expert in exploitative recruitment. She leads advocacy efforts for the Honolulu County Human Trafficking Taskforce and is a member of each of the islands’ Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children Multi-Disciplinary Team (CSEC MDT).

Prior to her current role with SWCC-TVAP, Victoria served as the Program Coordinator and Shelter Manager for Hale Kipa, Inc., the only CSEC-specific shelter for minors in Hawaiʻi. Victoria aims to empower caregivers, community members, service providers, and law enforcement with strategies to provide more healing-centered initiatives to end exploitation.
