About the Coalition

Since its formation as the Hawai‘i State Committee for Battered Women in 1980, HSCADV has worked in partnership with community partners and organizations to end domestic violence by raising awareness and educating the public about the impact of intimate partner violence.  We provide training, technical assistance, system and community advocacy and other benefits in a tiered structure.

Membership is subject to board approval.
