Ashley Slye

Deputy Director, National Network to End Domestic Violence

Ashley Slye serves as Deputy Director of the Positively Safe and Domestic Violence Counts projects at the National Network to End Domestic Violence (NNEDV). Since Positively Safe’s inception, Ms. Slye has played a pivotal role in developing NNEDV’s DV & HIV curriculum, toolkit, and trainings for DV and HIV advocates. She currently co-hosts the podcast “Expanding the Continuum” with Futures Without Violence, discussing responses to the intersection of HIV and DV. Her expertise has been showcased at numerous international, national, and state conferences.

Furthermore, Ms. Slye oversees NNEDV’s Domestic Violence Counts project, an annual, one-day count of survivors accessing DV services and the requests programs were unable to meet. In addition to her work at NNEDV, she sits on the board of the Global Network of Women’s Shelters. Prior to NNEDV, Ms. Slye provided support at a DV program in Virginia. She holds a B.A. in English from Virginia Tech.
