Christina Basham received a Bachelors’s degree (2005) in Organizational Development and a Masters (2009) of Nonprofit Management from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. She has resided in the state of Hawaii on Hawaii Island for 7 years. She has been working with Child & Family Service since March 2013 in various leadership roles which now include Program Director for all Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault programs in West Hawaii.

Before Hawaii, Christina held positions with other nonprofit agencies in Colorado with a total of 16 years of service in the nonprofit field. Christina is involved with several community groups on Hawaii Island, some of which include Hui Laulima, Big Island Committee Against Physical and Sexual Assault (BICAPSA), Kona Community Children’s Counsel (KCCC), Children’s Justice Center, and is a lifetime member of Alpha Signa Nu through Regis University. The beach is Christina’s favorite thing, second only to her 3 lovely grown daughters, and she loves to travel.
