Domestic Violence Action Center

DVAC assists domestic violence survivors on Oʻahu through case management, legal services (TROs, divorces, paternity), courtroom accompaniment, and counseling.  Although DVAC can only provide direct advocacy and legal services to survivors living in the City and County of Honolulu, the Teen Alert Program (TAP) can provide education to middle- and high-school students on healthy relationships statewide.

YWCA of Kauaʻi

Primary domestic violence victim assistance organization for Kauaʻi County with services such as managing the domestic violence shelter, advocacy/case management, sex abuse treatment, domestic violence intervention, and LGBTQ+ support.

Parents and Children Together (Oʻahu)

PACT affiliate on Oʻahu that manages a domestic violence shelter and provides other services such as Head Start, human trafficking victim counseling, behavioral health support, and family strengthening.  To contact the emergency shelter, call the 24/7 PACT crisis hotline or the Safeline.

Women Helping Women (Maui)

Primary domestic violence service provider for Maui County.  Services include emergency shelter, advocacy/case management, TRO assistance, and activities for children and families affected by domestic violence.
